Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Promote the company product/service and communicate value effectively
- Convert leads into customers and meet daily/weekly targets
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent customer engagement
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the CRM system
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships for retention
- Ensure compliance with communication guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum OND, HND, Bsc or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and persuasion skill
- Confidence and ability to handle objections
- Target -driven and self motivated
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in a startup environment
- Knowledge of crypto market is an advantage
