Technical Trainer - Omnissa (VMWare Horizon & Workspace ONE)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Corporate Trainer with strong expertise in Omnissa Horizon and Workspace ONE. The role focuses on delivering impactful, hands-on training programs on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), virtualization, and unified endpoint management to global learners. The trainer will enable participants to design, deploy, and manage secure enterprise environments through real-world scenarios and practical lab sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instructor-led and online training on Omnissa Horizon (Horizon 8) and Workspace ONE
• Train on VDI architecture, deployment, and enterprise endpoint management
• Demonstrate virtualization concepts using VMware vSphere
• Conduct hands-on lab setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Cover Windows OS virtualization, mobile device management, and endpoint security
• Guide learners on networking fundamentals, security policies, and compliance
• Showcase real-world enterprise deployment use cases
• Automate processes using scripts/APIs where applicable
• Stay updated with latest technologies and industry trends

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Omnissa Horizon & Workspace ONE
• Expertise in VDI environments and virtualization (VMware vSphere)
• Knowledge of Windows OS, mobile OS, and UEM solutions
• Understanding of networking and security fundamentals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills
