Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance on machines and plant equipment
- Diagnose faults and execute repairs to reduce downtime
- Support installation of new machines, utilities, and upgrades
- Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and spare parts requests
- Follow safety rules (PPE, isolation/LOTO) and company SOPs
Requirements:
- OND/Trade Test in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Ability to work shifts when required
- Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, pumps, panels, and basic control systems is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and practical repair skills Safety-conscious and disciplined Teamwork and good communication Ability to read basic drawings/manuals and learn fast
