Our Client, an authorised distributor of Grundfos pumps, a globally renowned brand in the pumping industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and establish key channels and partnerships for the distribution of Grundfos pumps. The Technical Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by leveraging their technical expertise and sales acumen to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the pump market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pump technology and applications, coupled with a proven track record in B2B sales and channel development.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share for Grundfos pumps.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, contractors, engineering firms, and end-users.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on the features, benefits, and applications of Grundfos pumps.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure exceptional post-sales support and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Grundfos pumps and network with potential clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably in the pump or related industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of pump systems, hydraulics, and fluid dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
