Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate the production machinery according to standard operating procedure, ensuring efficient and accurate production processes.
- Develop and implement a preventive and corrective maintenance schedule to ensure machinery operates optimally and prevents unexpected breakdowns.
- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues on the equipment promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections, to ensure accurate machine performance tracking, facilitate troubleshooting, and support informed decision-making for maintenance planning and operational efficiency.
- Document and maintain accurate records of production activities (material consumption and wastage), machine performance, and issues encountered during operations to report these to the supervisors.
Requirements:
- An OND in Engineering
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
