We’re on a mission in finding the best talent out there and adding an experienced Team Leader of Sales & Business Development to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Your role at BDSwiss:

Assisting in managing and executing business development strategies to meet company targets.

Implementing strategies as communicated by the Country Manager to drive revenue growth.

Analysing marketing trends and tracking local competitor activities.

Providing valuable insights to refine the company’s operational and marketing strategies.

Leading and motivating the sales and business development teams to achieve targets.

Monitoring team performance, offering coaching and guidance to team members.

Actively participating in the recruitment of new employees in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Department.

Organizing and participating in training sessions, seminars, and webinars in collaboration with relevant departments.

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success.

Investigating growth opportunities with clients.

Producing business performance reports and other relevant reports as required by Country Manager.

The Ideal Candidate :

University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in sales and business development within the forex or financial industry.

Business fluency in English (oral and written).

Excellent knowledge of Excel and all other Microsoft office tools - Computer proficiency is a must.

Detail-oriented and focused.

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Excellent networking skills.

Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business.
