We’re Hiring: Team Lead - Sales and Distribution
Location: Calabar, Cross River State
Remuneration: 200,000 + Conveyance + Incentives + HMO
OmniPay Limited is looking for a target-driven Relationship Officer to acquire, onboard, and manage FMCG distributors within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support daily activities of field agents
* Drive weekly and monthly onboarding, KYC, and activation targets
* Review field reports and track KPIs such as visits, POS deployment, and GMV
* Conduct joint field visits to monitor productivity and coach team members
* Analyze field data, identify gaps, and submit performance reports
* Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to resolve operational issues
Requirements
* 1–3 years’ experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, microfinance, or lending
* Strong sales, leadership communication, and relationship management skills
* Prior experience supervising sales agents or field teams
* Proficiency in the use of MS EXCEL
