Curriculum Development and Adaptation:
- Create and modify lesson plans, curriculum materials, and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, subject knowledge, and educational trends.
Classroom Management:
- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Set clear expectations, manage learner’s behavior, and address disciplinary issues following established protocols.
- Promote a safe and respectful learning environment for all learners.
Professional Growth and Self-Development
- Continuously improve teaching skills through self-reflection, seeking feedback, and participating in professional development opportunities.
- Engage in reflective practice and contribute to the enhancement of the company's teaching methodologies and resources.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification or license (if applicable).
