Responsibilities:
- Post vacancies on effective job boards and manage recruitment campaigns.
- Actively scout and headhunt candidates on LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Screen CVs using structured criteria and conduct first-stage interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, including passive candidates.
- Quickly learn aluminium extrusion and manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Proven experience posting jobs and actively sourcing candidates (especially on LinkedIn).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn technical and operational processes quickly.
