📍 Location: Kano State (Hybrid Work Mode)
💰 Salary: ₦333,000 – ₦400,000 monthly
Important: This role is strictly for Kano residents only. Only candidates currently living in Kano will be considered.About the Role
We are a fast-growing financial institution committed to expanding access to loans, investments, and financial empowerment. To support our growth, we are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition & Engagement Executive who understands the Kano market and has hands-on experience recruiting sales professionals in loan disbursement and investment roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, especially in loan disbursement and investment products
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard high-performing candidates within Kano
- Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline for sales and field roles
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and sales performance expectations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and productivity
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring strategies
- Represent the employer brand across local networks, referrals, and hiring channels
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting sales roles within the financial services sector
- Strong understanding of loan disbursement, investment products, and sales-driven environments
- Excellent interviewing and people-assessment skills
- Deep knowledge of the Kano talent market
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–4 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Demonstrated success hiring sales teams in finance, microfinance, fintech, or investment firms
- Must currently reside in Kano State (non-negotiable)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is an advantage
