Job summary
The Support Services Analyst III will serve as the primary technical lead, overseeing the architecture, performance, and maintenance of our enterprise-wide IT infrastructure. By providing expert-level technical oversight and high-touch support, this role ensures our mission-critical systems operate with maximum efficiency to support our core manpower recruitment operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end technical configuration, installation, and optimization of complex enterprise, client/server, and desktop computing environments.
- Direct the performance monitoring and proactive troubleshooting of network hardware and communication protocols to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets and software licenses, maintaining comprehensive inventory audits and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide high-level technical consultation to internal stakeholders, translating complex system issues into actionable resolutions while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Develop and enforce rigorous technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all infrastructure support activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar lead technical role.
- Expert-level proficiency in managing PC hardware, sophisticated network configurations, and diverse operating systems within an enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing hardware asset lifecycles and IT inventory for large-scale operations without the need for day-to-day supervision.
- Possession of recognized industry certifications (such as CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent) is required to validate technical mastery.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization.
- This role is strictly Onsite at our Nigeria location; candidates must be prepared to work from the office daily with no travel requirements.
