Job summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Supply Chain Officer to support the efficient management of our supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and replenishing goods, materials, and supplies.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate delivery schedules, and follow up on purchase orders.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct routine stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Update inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper storage and stock handling.
- Coordinate the movement of goods between suppliers, warehouses, and customers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Work with logistics providers to resolve delivery or transportation issues.
- Prepare shipping documentation and delivery schedules.
- Support demand planning and procurement activities based on business requirements.
- Assist in implementing supply chain policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure smooth coordination between procurement, warehouse, sales, and operations teams.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, supplier performance, and logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries, and stock movements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal audits and inventory verification exercises.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
