Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Task Coordination: Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work. Resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the company's standards for quality and accuracy. Implement and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees and management. Communicate company policies, goals, and updates to the team.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve employee conflicts or concerns. Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, productivity, and any relevant issues to upper management.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Promote a safe and healthy work environment.



Requirements:

  • 1 year of proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role
  • Minimum of HND academic qualification
  • Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
  • Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
