Job Summary
We are looking to hire a young, brilliant, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual who would support and oversee the store management in the daily running of our store operations. The ideal candidate must have a great knowledge of management, finance and leadership.

Job Description/Requirements
- Staff Management: Coordinate and manage the daily activities of store staff, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and on time.
- Store Environment: Maintain the tidiness and organization of the store, ensuring it meets company standards.
- Customer Orders: Ensure the timely delivery of customer orders, overseeing the entire process from purchase to delivery.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management and audit processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Process Compliance: Ensure all job processes comply with company standards and policies.
- Sales Growth: Contribute to the growth and improvement of store sales through strategic planning and execution.
- Customer Experience: Work closely with the team to deliver a wow customer experience at all stages of the order process.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to the manager on store performance, staff activities, and customer feedback.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues, escalating to the manager when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supply Management: Supervise the frequent supply of raw materials needed for production, ensuring timely and efficient procurement.
- Attendance Management: Compute monthly staff attendance and communicate the information to the appropriate departments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in inventory management and auditing processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office
