Job Summary
Roots Snacks is looking to on board a smart, organised, forward thinker with a lot of hustle to take on the role of Supervisor/ Team Leader. In this role the candidate is required to over see production and production staff, support the marketing team, track inventory, manage supplies, over see quality control and logistics.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will oversee the production process ensuring high-quality output while managing the tasks of a small team of production staff.
- Must be organized to keep track of stock and inventory and be able to notify and advise the team on production and sales promotion activities.
- Oversee the supply chain process and will manage logistics.
- This candidate will report to the Managing director and Business Manager and will contribute to Marketing and product promotion activities.
- This candidate will facilitate and deliver training to staff
- This candidate will be responsible for book-keeping and budget management.
Requirements:
- This role requires an individual with a proven history in inventory and people management
- The candidate will require strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Apps, Emails, Trello, MailChimp)
