Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily staff activities.
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure work is completed properly and on time.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism among staff.
- Ensure company rules, safety procedures, and policies are followed.
- Monitor the use of company equipment and resources.
- Prepare simple daily or weekly reports for management.
- Report operational issues and challenges to management.
- Support and motivate staff to achieve company goals.
- Maintain good relationships with colleagues, contractors, and community members.
- Carry out other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Honest, responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel and work at any SZH Group subsidiary or operational site in Nigeria.
