Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily activities, including opening/closing procedures, coordinating departments (produce, deli, bakery, meat, checkout, etc.), maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a safe environment.
Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and supervise store employees. Handle performance reviews, discipline, and team development. Lead by example and resolve staff conflicts.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, order products, manage stock rotation (especially for perishables), prevent shortages or overstocking, and minimize waste/spoilage. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Sales & Financial Performance: Achieve sales targets, control budgets and expenses, analyze performance metrics (e.g., sales, average transaction value, conversion rates), implement promotions, and drive profitability.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experience, handle complaints and inquiries, and maintain high service standards. Build customer loyalty.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce food safety regulations, health codes, company policies, and legal requirements (e.g., proper labeling, recalls, hygiene). Oversee loss prevention and security.
Merchandising & Visual Standards: Maintain attractive product displays, signage, and store layout to maximize sales. Reporting: Provide performance reports to senior management or head office.

Requirements:
