Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Studio Architect role based in Ilorin. The Studio Architect will lead architectural design projects, develop innovative design concepts, and collaborate with teams to bring forward-looking designs to life. Responsibilities include creating architectural plans, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, ensuring design integration with technical requirements, and overseeing project timelines to ensure on-time delivery. The role also includes contributing to long-term design strategies that align with the organization's values of sustainability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and meeting project timelines.
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration related to architecture tools and technology.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients effectively.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and modern construction techniques is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a detail-oriented approach to work.
