THE PITCH: YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a high-performing, motivated Strategic Growth Lead. Your job is to be
the face of G2M in the boardroom. You will identify high-ticket opportunities, navigate
complex C-Suite relationships, and close deals that define the next decade of Nigerian
business. You aren't just selling services; you are selling the future of our clients' success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT MASSIVE ACTION LOOKS LIKE)
Pipeline Mastery: Develop and manage the full Business Development / sales
lifecycle from cold outreach and "Challenger" prospecting to closing high-ticket B2B
partnerships.
C-Suite Diplomacy: Pitch and present our "Vibrant Gravity" strategies to CEOs,
Marketing Directors, and Founders of Tier-1 institutions.
Deal Architecture: Collaborate with our Director of Creatives & Operations and "Lab" teams to package compelling, un-ignorable proposals.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets. You are
the business unit owner of our P&L growth.
Market Intelligence: Stay obsessed with market trends and competitor moves to
identify gaps where G2M can win.
Retention Oversight: Maintain Win-Win "Profit-First" relationships with secured clients
to ensure long-term retainers and upselling opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Experience: 5+ years of proven success in Business Development or Sales, preferably
within a high-ticket creative, tech, or financial environment.
The "Hunter" Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close deals valued at ₦50M+ and
consistently exceed quotas.
The Mindset: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial DNA. You don't wait to be "acted upon", you are the act.
Communication Mastery: World-class presentation skills. You can simplify complex
strategic concepts and win the room in the first 60 seconds.
Strategic Insight: Deep understanding of the Nigerian media landscape, branding, and
the digital economy.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), Workfront, and the Google
Workspace.
