Job Summary

This role is responsible for general procurement and record keeping of tools and materials.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory management including documentation of supplies and tools in the store/base
  • Ensures safe keeping and handling of Company's properties [Tools] and Records Tools/materials received and issued out for use or repair.
  • Ensures availability of Materials/Tools/Equipment for Field Personnel.
  • Active intermediary role between the Company and Vendors and maintains and update Register of approved Vendors.
  • Ensures the tools / materials/ Equipment meets Client's specificatio
  • Prepare the materials/tools for operation
  • Coordinate the moving of materials within, in & out of base
  • Issue waybills for tools carried out of base.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND
  • 3 years of working experience
