Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 


Operational Management:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and also supervise and coordinate the activities of production and sales staff.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and track product expiration dates.
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.


Customer Service:

  • Create a welcoming and positive environment for customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

 

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals.
  • Plan and execute promotional events or marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

 

Staff Management:

  • Train, and supervise new and existing staff.
  •  Schedule employees and manage work routines to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

 

Quality Control

  •  Ensure the consistent quality of products and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the juice bar.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and products.
  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality

 


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of  HND in business administration or any related discipline. 
  • Minimum of  2-3 years of proven work experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.



Location: Must live within Lekki – Ajah Axis
