Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily store activities.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and stock movement.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor cash handling and ensure financial accountability.
- Prepare basic sales and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or retail experience.
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and/or POS systems).
- Friendly with strong leadership and communication skills.
