Store Keeper

Responsibilities:

• Track and keep an inventory on incoming and outgoing company products.
• Manage all inventory in the main store and carry out regular store count of inventory. 
• Verify and count all products from the factory upon arrival and after packaging.
• Display product in the main store in a tidy and organized manner.
• Maintain records of duly authorized document for addition of products into the inventory management software.
• Track product inventory and request for new stock. Ensure products do not go out of stock.
• Verify the total quantity of products released and products returned during discount and ensure there is a balance. 
• Account for variances in product inventory.
• Prepare and Submit report on store activities as well as store inflow and outflow.
• Planning promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
• Provide assistance to Logistics department to pack products during discount.
• Purchase of petty packaging items for products.
• Other Duties as assigned by MD/CEO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma/Ordinary National Diploma 
• Proficiency in the use of MS-office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). 
• 0 - 1 year experience in Retail Store Operations. 
• Required to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require long hours and weekend shifts.

Location: The candidate should live in Agungi, Lagos state and environs.
