Store Manager
Job summary
We are looking for a result-driven Retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management at our various locations in Delta State.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the availability and retrieval of goods to the store for the customer’s satisfaction
- Develop business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimise profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).
- Ensure a routine check is carried out to identify and report soon-to-expire products
- Ensure timely supply to sales representatives' requests for products needed on the shelf and proper tagging of price changes
- Control losses that arise from damaged products, product stock-outs, and expired products
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations and liaise with government agencies
- Additional store manager duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or possess an exemption letter.
- Must be computer literate and able to work using Microsoft packages.
- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager

- Ability to commute/relocate
- Preferable male
Remuneration: NGN 150,000.00 - 200,000.00 monthly.
