Store Keeper

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality
• Unload, sort, label, and store products in designated locations
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based)
• Conduct routine stock counts and assist in periodic stocktaking
• Monitor stock levels and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to prevent expiry or wastage
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners)
• Follow all health, safety, and company procedures at all times

Requirements:

• A minimum ofan OND in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or accounting
• A minimum of 1-2years experience.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Inventory and stock management
• Time management and efficiency
• Teamwork and communication
• Reliability and integrity
• Problem-solving and attention to detail

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment (may involve heat, dust, or cold storage areas)
• Prolonged standing, lifting, and manual handling
• Shift work, including weekends or overtime as required
