Stock Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments of electrical and electronics components, materials, and products.
• Inspect received items for accuracy, completeness, and quality, noting any discrepancies or damages.
• Unload, unpack, and organize incoming stock in designated storage areas according to inventory management procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including quantities on hand, incoming shipments, and outgoing orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to ensure adequate supply for production and fulfillment of orders.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and pack outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• Collaborate with other departments such as production, purchasing, and logistics to coordinate stock movements and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in stockrooms and storage areas to facilitate efficient stock retrieval and inventory management.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations while handling and storing stock, including proper handling of hazardous materials if applicable.

Requirements:

• Must have experience working in similar position
• Must be Computer proficient

Location: Candidate must stay with-in Amuwo Odofin axis

Remuneration: NGN 60,000 - 80,000
