Position: STEM Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $30 - $40/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze images and videos to identify key STEM concepts and detailed subject insights.
• Develop complex, high-quality questions requiring deep subject-matter expertise.
• Categorize and tag content accurately for efficient workflow and expert routing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and consistency.
• Use data analysis and literature review to inform content development.
• Apply innovative instructional methods and educational technologies.
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong subject-matter expertise in a STEM discipline.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with educational technology or digital tools.
• Strong collaboration and project leadership capabilities.
