Responsibilities:
- Coordinate both the sales of white products and the lubricants at the stations, and liaise with the marketing team to ensure patronage is high in line with budgets and projections
- Oversee product reception and discharge procedures while adhering to regulatory guidelines and safety standards
- Oversee daily housekeeping routine within the station
- Oversee daily sales of products to customers while adhering to regulatory guidelines and safety standards
- Ensure that stock gain targets are met
- Daily check the station’s inventory levels to ensure that there is never an incident of stock out in the station
- Provide weekly training for the station staff
- Gather daily price intelligence data
- Identify emerging market trends and implications for the station
- Prepare daily reports for the Area Manager
- Tracks and addresses customer feedback and complaints
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience
- Degree in a related field
