A fast-growing mini spa in *Benin City* is seeking a *business-oriented Spa Manager* to lead our team and drive growth.
*Role: Mini Spa Manager*
*Location:* Benin City, Edo State – _Relocation required_
*Employment Type:* Full-time
*Key Responsibilities*
- Oversee daily spa operations and ensure top-tier service delivery
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of beauticians, barbers, and stylists
- Drive sales, upsell services/packages, and meet monthly revenue targets
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Handle bookings, customer complaints, and maintain client retention
- Implement marketing initiatives to grow our client base
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are met at all times
- Prepare weekly sales and performance reports for management
*Requirements*
- *Minimum 3 years experience* in spa, salon, or beauty business management
- *Must be willing to relocate to Benin City* if not already resident
- *Business-oriented* with proven ability to grow revenue and manage costs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of facials, nail tech, barbing, and hair styling operations is a plus
- Basic bookkeeping and computer literacy required
