Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct process assessments and recommend automation strategies to clients
• Design and develop no-code/low-code applications and automation solutions using platforms such as FlutterFlow, WebStudio, n8n, and more
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring project quality and timely delivery
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest no-code/low-code tools, best practices, and industry trends
• Mentor and guide junior team members, such as No-Code/Low-Code Solutions Apprentices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and standards
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demos and technical presentations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing no-code/low-code applications and automation solutions
• Strong proficiency in using platforms like FlutterFlow, WebStudio, n8n, and more, or other similar no/low-code platforms (or other programming languages)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong project management and client communication skills
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Reliable internet connection and power supply to ensure a consistent work environment
