The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer – Quality & Reliability who writes production-grade code and owns unit, integration, and regression testing to prevent defects from reaching production.

This is not a QA-only role. You will build features, design test strategies, and act as a quality multiplier across the engineering team.

What You’ll DoEngineering & Development

• Build and maintain fullstack features using Node.js, React Native, MongoDB, Redis
• Integrate AI/LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek) into production SaaS workflows
• Work with VAPI, Retell, and AI/voice infrastructure
• Apply MCP (Model Context Protocol) for reliable system and AI integrations

Testing & Quality Ownership

• Design, implement, and maintain:
• Unit tests
• Integration tests
• Automated regression test suites
• Own test coverage across:
• APIs
• AI workflows
• Voice, SMS, and call flows (Twilio, RingCentral)
• Ensure tests run consistently in CI/CD pipelines
• Identify edge cases, failure modes, and regression risks early

Release & Reliability

• Partner with engineers on deployments across AWS, Google Cloud, and Render
• Define and enforce quality gates before production releases
• Add tests to prevent repeat incidents after production issues
• Support debugging and root-cause analysis when failures occur

Team & Process

• Promote test-aware and test-first engineering practices
• Collaborate on coding standards and release discipline
• Help raise overall engineering quality without slowing delivery

What We’re Looking ForCore Experience

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong fullstack development background
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proven experience building automated test coverage for production systems
