Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content ā including Reels, videos, and graphics using Canva or other editing tools
- Generate, schedule, and respond to posts, messages, and comments across all platforms
- Manage online communities and groups while maintaining a professional tone
- Design digital and print materials (flyers, brochures, adverts) ā proof of past design work required
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional emails, proposals, and reports
- Provide executive-level administrative support and coordinate tasks efficiently
- Work independently from a private workspace with focus and consistency
- Manage and update Excel spreadsheets for data tracking, reports, and financial records
- Maintain and update our WordPress website with accurate and engaging content

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 yearsā
experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or digital support
role
- Strong communication skills; ability to create content and manage blogs
- Smart, confident, and proactive, with the right attitude to work
- Must have a dedicated private workspace, free of distractions or noise
- This is a full-time role (not a side gig) ā high level of commitment and reliability required
- Personal laptop with at least 4 hours battery life
- Reliable power source (must be proven)
- At least two internet services (main and backup)
- Willingness to turn on video during meetings and be smartly dressed
at all times
- Must be willing to watch daily training videos, requiring fast internet
and high data usage
- Must provide proof of all social media and design jobs handled (pages, links, screenshots, or portfolio)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Canva, and WordPress
- Experience managing and growing social media accounts
- High attention to detail, integrity, and time management
- Interview will beĀ virtual, and candidates must attendĀ formally dressedĀ using theirĀ laptopsĀ (not phones).
- Candidates must provide at leastĀ one professional referenceĀ andĀ one character reference.

Remuneration: NGN 160,000 monthly
