Social Media Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media marketing strategies on platforms including: TikTok,  Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant B2B social media platforms
• Create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging short videos to showcase: Our factory, Manufacturing processes, Product features, customer cases, company advantages
• Build brand awareness and attract potential international customers through organic traffic and paid promotion.
  
• Generate qualified leads from social media platforms and guide potential customers to communicate through WhatsApp.
  
• Follow up with leads, analyze customer interests, and optimize content strategies to improve conversion rates.
  
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the global electrical and hardware industries.
  
• Track social media performance, analyze data, and continuously improve marketing results.
  

Requirements:

• Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn content operations and algorithm trends.
• Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and content planning.
• Ability to create attractive marketing content independently.
• Understanding of overseas B2B marketing and lead generation is a plus.
• Experience with industrial products, electrical products, transformers, hardware, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• English communication skills are required.
