Social Media Marketing & Ads Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
• Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) aligned with the platform’s brand voice.
• Collaborate with vendors to promote their products and maximize sales through social media.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using ad management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and visual content creation skills.
• Creative, innovative, and able to generate ideas that resonate with target audiences.
• Experience in e-commerce marketing is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working remotely.
