Job summary
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online presence while supporting marketing and business growth objectives.

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, images, videos, and stories).
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote products and campaigns.
- Manage paid social media advertisements and promotions when required.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Protect brand reputation and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
