Job summary
Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and managing the company’s social media account to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. Also act as the online voice of the brand, managing content creation, campaigns, and performance analytics across multiple platforms

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management online.
Requirements:
Minimum BSC
2 years of previous experience in a similar role
