Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals and target audience.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content and communication across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online, and social media.
- Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget.
- Enhancing the company’s brand awareness and corporate image.
- Developing and executing effective PR plans through translating brand and key messages into media concepts and compelling stories.
- Build strong and positive relationships with media, influencers, and other related parties.
- Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns.
- Optimize content to further encourage community interaction and engagement.
- Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
- Analyze competitor activity.
- Recommend improvements to increase performance.
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Manage and track budgets for social media activities.
- Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
Requirements:

- Minimum of HND
