Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our platforms.
- Manage all social media channels, including, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
- Create graphic designs and posts.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content such as posts, reels, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor social media trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and campaign performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Benin
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles
