Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, to drive engagement and followers.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, clicks, and conversions, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content and engagement.
- Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant communities to build partnerships and expand the brand's reach.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting audiences, and optimizing ad performance.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Strong creative and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Experience with paid social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive social media growth and engagement.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
