- Stay up to date with current trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and advertising when required.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of digital advertising and campaign management is an advantage.
