Job summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing daily social media activities, and engaging with our audience to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute content calendars across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
  • Stay up to date with current trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and advertising when required.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and campaign management is an advantage.
