Social Media Intern

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic social media plans to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Create compelling and visually appealing content tailored to each social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to optimize content for search and maximize reach.
• Write persuasive and engaging copy for social media posts, captions, ads, and other promotional materials.
  
• Utilize data-driven insights to analyze social media performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating new strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a sense of community around our brand on social media platforms.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain optimal performance.
• Regularly track and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal regulations, and platform policies across all social media channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation, keyword research, and copywriting.
• Certificate of training from a recognized institute in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully growing social media pages and driving engagement.
• Strong understanding of keyword research principles and SEO best practices.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and trends in social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques for social media content.
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.
• Experience in managing influencer partnerships and collaborations.
