Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a sense of community around our brand on social media platforms.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain optimal performance.
- Regularly track and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal regulations, and platform policies across all social media channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation, keyword research, and copywriting.
- Certificate of training from a recognized institute in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully growing social media pages and driving engagement.
- Strong understanding of keyword research principles and SEO best practices.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and platforms.
