Social Media Growth/Community Manager
Job summary
We are looking for a creative, organized, and growth-focused Social Media Growth & Community Manager to help grow the online audience, community, and digital presence of a creative media brand. This role is ideal for someone with experience in social media management, online community building, email marketing, and tracking performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Reddit, Discord, and other relevant online communities.
- Create and maintain a weekly content calendar.
- Schedule, publish, and repurpose content across multiple platforms.
- Write captions, social media copy, community prompts, polls, and campaign posts.
- Create simple visual assets such as carousel posts, quote graphics, Pinterest pins, and promotional graphics using Canva or similar tools.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community discussions.
- Support audience engagement through online groups, communities, contests, and campaigns.
- Support email marketing, including newsletters, subject lines, subscriber growth, and basic campaign reporting.
- Provide basic website and SEO support, including blog updates, page updates, links, calls to action, and SEO-friendly summaries.
- Track platform performance and prepare weekly reports on follower growth, engagement, email growth, website traffic, and campaign results.
- Support paid ads reporting and campaign coordination where applicable.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
