What You'll Be Doing

• Create captivating social media content, including graphics, Reels, TikToks, carousels, stories, and short-form videos, tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns and brand messaging to life.
• Edit videos for both organic and paid social campaigns, adding captions, overlays, transitions, and music aligned with brand standards.
• Write snappy captions, compelling hooks, and calls-to-action that convert viewers into fans and customers.
• Monitor social trends and adapt content to maximize reach, relevance, and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Organize and maintain a library of design and video assets for review and evaluation.
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• 1+ year of experience creating content for social media, including graphic design and/or video editing.
• Portfolio or sample links showcasing both graphic and video projects—bonus if it includes Reels, TikToks, or carousels with strong engagement.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), CapCut, or similar tools.
• Understanding of audience psychology, platform algorithms, and social ad best practices.
• Creative energy, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
  

Technical Requirements

• Reliable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet (minimum 15 Mbps upload/download).
• Own laptop or PC with at least an i5 processor or equivalent.
