Social Media Accounts Manager
Job summary
We're looking for talented and dynamic Social Media Accounts Managers to join our remote team, someone who can take ownership of client accounts, create scroll-stopping content, and deliver measurable growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow client social media accounts, increasing followers, engagement, reach, and conversions across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Design engaging graphics using Canva, edit videos with CapCut, and leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, etc.) to create high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with audiences.
- Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools, ensuring consistency and optimal posting times.
- Actively respond to comments, messages, and DMs on client accounts to build engagement and brand loyalty.
- Track key metrics (follower growth, engagement rates, reach, ROI) and provide clients with clear, actionable performance reports.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on campaign performance, results, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
