Role: SME Specialist (Lagos, On-site)
The role involves engaging SME clients, assessing their financial needs, providing tailored financial solutions, managing relationships, supporting business growth, ensuring compliance, and conducting market research to identify opportunities and support product development.
Requirements:
- Strong financial analysis and business development skills
- Experience in client relationship management and SME lending
- Knowledge of microfinance operations and banking regulations
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Relevant banking or SME experience is an advantage
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000 gross monthly (based on experience and portfolio size)
