About the Role

Location: Hybrid

We are looking to hire a Business Relationship Manager who will drive merchant acquisition, build strong client relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding Navolet’s reach by onboarding businesses and helping them fully utilize our solutions.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Drive customer acquisition through active sales and business development efforts
  • Identify and onboard new merchants and business clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Promote and sell Navolet products and services to prospective customers
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
  • Engage in field sales activities including outreach, networking, and events
  • Deliver product demonstrations and educate clients on how Navolet works
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the internal team
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have

  • Minimum qualification: OND
  • 1–2 years experience in sales and marketing (fintech experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Basic understanding of small business operations is an advantage
  • Must be based in Lagos
