- Create engaging digital training materials and video demonstrations.
- Support sales and customer service teams with product knowledge and consultation tips.
- Stay informed on the latest skincare trends, routines, and innovations.
- Evaluate training results and share insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a skincare consultant, beauty trainer, esthetician, or related role.
- In-depth understanding of skincare ingredients and product formulation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and virtual facilitation skills.
- Comfortable using online platforms for training (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
- Certification or background in cosmetology, dermatology, or beauty therapy is an advantage
