The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting with clients, showing properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for generating new leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- You are to serve as an intermediary between Lead Homes and the prospective buyers to invest in our properties that meet their needs at the right price.
- Conduct market research and analyze marketing trends.
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose products that suit them.
- Display and advertise Lead Homes Properties to possible buyers.
- Maintain and update listings of available Lead Homes properties.
- Optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, online/offline content, and social media channels.
- Converting potential customers and inquirers to customers and continually refining processes to convert customers.
- Generating marketing-qualified leads and converting them to sales.
- Booking clients for inspection to view our properties.
- Promote sales through various channels (field marketing, digital marketing, events, etc).
- Scouting for and attending industry events to promote the company.
- Pitching and presenting our products and services to potential clients.
- Prepare marketing and sales plans.
- Create and present sales performance reports.
- Meeting sales targets and growing the clientele base of the company.
- Monthly sales presentation to management.
- Any other official duties assigned to you.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a male candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven track record in sales.
- Tech-savvy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- A team player.
- Possess great attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Able to drive.
- Membership in relevant real estate regulatory bodies is an added advantage.
- Able to work with deadlines.
- Must reside within the Ajah Sangotedo axis.
