Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Short-Let Property Manager to take over and reactivate a residential property in Calabar for short-let operations. This is not a passive role, the right candidate will be responsible for getting the listing live, attracting guests, and managing the full guest experience from booking to checkout.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set up and optimise the property's Airbnb listing (photos, description, pricing strategy)
- Reactivate and manage the property's presence on Airbnb and other short-let platforms
- Handle all guest communication — inquiries, bookings, check-ins, and reviews
- Coordinate cleaning, laundry, and turnovers between guest stays
- Conduct routine inspections and arrange minor repairs or maintenance as needed
- Manage supplies and ensure the property is consistently guest-ready
- Track bookings, income, and expenses and provide regular reports to the owner
- Implement dynamic pricing to maximise occupancy and revenue
Requirements:
- Prior experience managing an Airbnb or short-let property is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with the Airbnb platform and/or other short-let platforms (e.g. Booking.com, etc)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Based in Calabar or willing to relocate — proximity to the property is essential
- Resourceful and able to problem-solve independently
- Trustworthy, with strong attention to detail
- Basic smartphone/computer proficiency
