About The Role

We are looking for a junior creative to help create short-form video scripts for a growing family-focused content brand.

This role is focused on producing simple, engaging, and relatable video ideas that can be filmed and posted across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

You will be working with a growing content brand, with the opportunity to develop your creative skills and grow as the brand scales.

This is a remote, flexible, output-based role. It is not a strict 9–5 role, but we are looking for someone who is reliable, consistent, and able to produce strong ideas regularly.

What You'll Be Focused On

Your role will be focused on creating short-form video ideas that are simple to film, relatable, and natural.

You will help develop content ideas that fit a family/lifestyle content style, including both trend-led ideas and original concepts.

We are looking for people who can think in content and create ideas that can actually be filmed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating 2–3 short-form video scripts per day
• Creating scripts that are simple to film
• Creating relatable and natural video ideas
• Ensuring ideas do not feel over-acted or forced
• Adapting trends into family/lifestyle content ideas
• Creating original ideas that fit a family/lifestyle content style
• Writing clear hooks for short-form videos
• Providing a simple breakdown of what happens in each video
